Our Managing director has over 15 years’ experience delivering innovative solutions to the General Insurance sector, with highlights including the leading of the IBM General Insurance Consulting Practice and more recently a Directorship at a major UK insurer. He pioneered the introduction of multiple analytics based solutions during this time. A chartered accountant by profession, therefore bringing a strong finance background along with international experience having lived and worked in New Zealand in his early career.
Our Operations & IT director has extensive experience of the mobile telecoms industry, having previously led the Customer Insights team at a major telco. He recently led the Analytics team at a major UK insurer, shaping and delivering an enterprise wide Predictive Analytics Programme. This industry leading initiative involved identifying opportunities for the deployment of analytics, attracting funding and delivering on schedule and on budget.
Our development & support teams include DBAs & BI developers, with a wealth of wealth of experience in the end-to-end BI/MIS project life cycle - from establishing business cases to post delivery review. Extensive experience of MS SQL Server, Oracle RDBMS and other database technologies. Extensive experience with the Business Objects toolset.
Our web development team has extensive experience of building, managing and hosting web-based applications across several industry sectors and using different technologies. We also have a wealth of experience of building, deploying, managing and optimising web-based customer feedback surveys.
We also employ specialist Operational support teams to ensure that our solutions and applications are highly available to our customers.
We also employ graduates, both permanently and on an interim basis.
